Senior Strategic Capacity Sales

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Capacity Sales to lead strategy and execution of contractual freight.

Responsibilities include:

• Negotiating high-level purchasing agreements
• Leveraging strategic carrier relationships
• Bridging the gap between Sales and Operations
• Acting as a liaison between the organization, shippers, and carrier partners

This role includes travel in the US and Canada.

Day to day:

• Strategic Sourcing & Lane Development
• Capacity Procurement:
  Proactively identify and qualify asset-based carriers to service recurring lanes and project freight.
• Analyze lane data to identify opportunities for consolidation
• Execute purchasing strategies that improve margin consistency
• Collaborate with the Sales team during bid season
• Negotiate standing orders and dedicated pricing with carriers
