• Top-Tier Pay: $1,760 average weekly ($91,310/yr average). Top earners pull $1,950+/week ($101,330+/yr).
• High Rate Per Mile: $0.82 - $0.88 CPM (based on experience) + $340 per load pay + $25 backhaul pay

• Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience within the last 6 months.
• Licensing: Valid Class A CDL & current DOT Medical Card.
• Physicality: Ability to perform physical roller-style hand-unloads at delivery stops.
• Screening: Clean MVR/background and ability to pass standard DOT drug screening (urine & hair).
