CDL-A Regional Driver | Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat Schedules + $2,000 Summer Bonus!

Key Financial Highlights:- Average Pay: $1,756 weekly average ($91.3K annual target)
- Competitive Mileage Rate: Starting at $0.82 CPM up to $0.88 CPM
- Bonus Money: Eligible for up to $2,000 summer retention bonus
- Additional Pay: $340 load pay, $25 backhaul pay, + $150/day Mentor Pay
- Schedule Options: Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat (34-hour weekend reset)
- Freight: Regional dry freight (3 turns/wk, 3–5 stops per load)
- Unloading: Hand unload using store rollers
- Benefits: Full health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and cash referral program
- Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience in the last 6 months.
- Licensing & Physicality: Active Class A CDL, valid DOT Medical Card, and physical ability to perform roller hand-unloads at retail stops.
- Screening: Clean MVR & background check. Must pass standard pre-employment DOT drug screening (urine & hair).
