Shift: First, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM; some weekends are mandatory

• Receives and stores all materials in proper locations
• Receives materials into ERP system
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of all material locations
• Picks raw materials, consumables and safety supplies for manufacturing team
• Picks and stages materials for outgoing projects
• Transfers inventory between locations
• Investigates discrepancies between ERP system and inventory counts
• Performs cycle counting
• Participates in yearly inventory

• Must be eligible to work in the US; pass E-verify
• Must be willing to submit to a background check
• Must be willing to submit to a 10‑panel drug screen
• Strong customer service skills
• Visual ERP software knowledge is preferred; experience with any ERP system is acceptable
• Maintains optimism and enthusiasm
• Proactive in day-to-day activities
• High level of pride in work; sense of urgency
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and customer focus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Clear, professional, and concise communication; listens well
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Bi-lingual English & Spanish is a plus but not required
