This position is responsible for all in‑ and outbound loads at our refrigerated warehouses by verifying, staging, preparing, and keeping record of all loads.

Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

• Complete customer orders and prepare for trailers, ensuring accuracy each time.
• Load and unload trailers in a timely manner in accordance with the Labor Management System.
• Verify that all in‑ and outbound loads are the correct size, quantity, and product and are received and shipped according to bill of lading.
• Follow structured shipping and receiving processes.
• Load orders according to delivery documents.
• Receive and put away products in an accurate and efficient manner while staying within compliance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Dispose of waste materials and by‑products.
• Communicate potential problems or issues with leads and/or supervisors.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Be consistently on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent; required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• 1‑year forklift experience; a plus, not required.

Requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting or carrying items up to 50 lbs.; occasional pushing or pulling. Work involves manual handling, including standing and walking for extended periods, and walking with loads ranging from light to moderate weight.

A warehouse environment in a refrigerated atmosphere.
