Socket.dev is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement to lead design, optimization, and performance of warehouse systems across our distribution network in the United States. You will drive the implementation and go-live of a new automated distribution center and develop scalable analytics and dashboards.
You will partner with warehouse leadership, IT, and external vendors to deliver data-driven improvements in fulfillment, labor productivity, system performance, and cost.
