Job Description:

We are seeking dependable and motivated Pickers and Packers for an upcoming project at our facility in Elwood, IL. This assignment offers steady hours, a competitive pay rate, and is an excellent opportunity to earn extra income.

Assignment Details & Pay:

• Pay Rate: $17.99 / hour
• Schedule:2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Overtime: 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Work Week: Monday - Friday (with potential for additional Saturday work based on business volume)

Job Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, sort, and pack customer orders for distribution using an RF scanner.
• Shipment Preparation: Securely package and prepare finished products for staging and shipment.
• Efficiency: Maintain a fast, consistent pace to meet daily warehouse production and shipping goals.
• Safety & Upkeep: Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Ability to pass drug test, background check, and E-Verify
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
