Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are hiring experienced Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operators for our 2nd Shift in Romeoville, IL.

This is a full-time position in a refrigerated and freezer warehouse environment.

1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (Overtime as required)

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (Overtime as required)

• Safely operate a Stand-Up Reach forklift and other powered equipment.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials.
• Perform receiving, put-away, and order picking duties.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory.
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts.
• Follow all safety and food safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

• Previous Stand-Up Reach forklift experience required.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.
• Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift.
