, our Laborers are the backbone of every project. You won't be standing around watching work happen - you'll be in it, learning it, and helping make it happen. One day you might be prepping pipe, the next you're helping with equipment, and the next you're solving a problem nobody saw coming.

What You'll Be Doing- Work as part of a crew on underground construction projects
- Support operators, welders, and foremen in daily field tasks
- Assist with pipe installation, excavation, grading, and site prep
- Work safely around heavy equipment and construction tools
- Help with rigging, materials handling, and general jobsite work
- Learn different construction processes by doing and asking questions
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Follow direction from your Foreman and experienced crew members
- Show up ready to work and learn
- Don’t wait to be told – they jump in and help
- Can work safely around heavy machinery
- Communicate and work well with a team
- Take pride in doing things the right way
- Aren’t afraid to get dirty
- Works well with others and contributes to team success
- Speaks up when something isn’t safe or doesn’t look right
- Pays attention and learns from experienced crew members
- Builds trust through honesty and effort
- Adapts quickly to changing jobsite conditions
- Looks for ways to help without being asked
- Follow directions from Foreman and crew leads at all times
- Inspect tools and equipment before use
- Participate in daily safety meetings, JHAs, and stretch & flex
- Assist with preparing, performing, and cleaning up job tasks
- Maintain safe work habits around heavy equipment and tools
- Help maintain clean, organized work trucks and job sites
- Keep personal phone use limited to breaks and non‑work areas
- Tools are returned and organized properly after use
- Job sites are left clean and safe
- Tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly the first time
- Support the crew and step in without being asked
- Look out for fellow crew members and safety concerns
- Follow direction and help keep projects moving
- Learn construction processes through hands‑on work
- Ask questions – that's how you grow here
- Keep required certifications current as needed
- Stand and walk for long periods
- Lift and carry 50–100 lbs regularly
- Climb ladders, trenches, and uneven terrain
- Kneel, crouch, stoop, and crawl throughout the day
- Work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind)
- Work around dust, noise, and active construction equipment
