If you're someone who loves helping people, solving problems, and keeping things organized while delivering exceptional service, this role puts you right at the heart of patient care.
You’ll serve as the bridge between patients and the clinic. Making sure every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, informed, and supported.
Patient Experience & Support
Welcome patients warmly and create a personalized, positive experience from arrival to departure
Listen to concerns, answer questions, and help patients understand their care plans
Provide guidance on clinic processes, policies, and available resources
Help patients navigate insurance, financial questions, and treatment coordination
Coordination & Communication
Schedule appointments and manage reminders and updates
Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, billing, and administrative teams
Handle phone, email, and fax communications professionally and promptly
Communicate estimated wait times and support smooth clinic flow
Advocacy & Problem Solving
Address patient concerns with professionalism and care
Mediate communication between patients, families, and clinical staff
Verify insurance and assist with coverage understanding
Escalate complex concerns appropriately and follow through on resolutions
Operations Support
Maintain accurate patient records and EMR documentation
Support clinic organization and daily operations
Contribute ideas to improve the patient experience
Uphold HIPAA and PCI compliance standards
At least 1 year of experience in patient advocacy, medical reception, or insurance/authorization
Comfortable using EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs
Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence
Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
Natural problem-solver who adapts quickly
Team-oriented with a positive, service-minded attitude
Detail-focused and committed to patient privacy and compliance
Clinic setting with a mix of sitting, standing, and assisting patients as needed
Occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs)
Active, people-focused environment where no two days are exactly alike
