We are now seeking a dynamic, service-dedicated Guest Services Manager to join our team!

What you'll do:

• Responsible for managing and completing a wide range of hospitality and convenience services to residents, residents’ families and caregivers.
• Participate as an active member of the community’s management team in developing plans for hospitality services.
• Develop strategic networking and alliances with appropriate business partners and vendors.
• Creates and implements Community Outreach Programs for residents, prospective customers, and the greater community.
• Collaborates with other Leisure Care-managed communities and Leisure Care partners promoting value-added programs and services.

What you'll bring:

• Ability to maintain a professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service when interacting with residents, guests and staff.
• Prior experience in hotel hospitality and/or senior services.
