Director, Global Legal & Compliance

A global construction firm is seeking a Director, Legal to serve as the in-house legal advisor overseeing legal affairs, managing external counsel, and providing guidance on corporate and regulatory matters. Candidates should possess a JD, bar membership, and over 10 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in a global manufacturing context. This role requires strong leadership, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage risks while ensuring compliance across business operations.

Travel is approximately 25% for business needs.
