Hello, South Ogden Post-Acute in South Ogden, UT is actively looking to hire a part-time RN or LPN for our evening med-pass shift. Shift hours are approximately 6:00PM-10:00PM. There is some flexibility which shifts you pick up.
Job Description- Administer patient medication according to physician's orders.
- Chart the medication administration as required.
- Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
- Possess a current RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc.
- Able to make decisions independently when warranted.
- Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures.
- Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care.
