We re seeking a Kitchen & Bath Sales/Design Consultant who combines design insight with proactive sales skills--someone who can both nurture inbound leads and generate new opportunities through community presence and relationship building.

Earnings & Sales Opportunity

• OTE: salary
• Experienced sales/design consultant expected to sell $1M+ annually
• Base salary is $22K/year + commissions + bonuses for $1M = $95,000+ annually
• Position also offers company paid health care premiums (typically an $8K-$18K annual benefit based on family circumstances);
  Company matching 401K;
  Company vehicle for sales calls

What You ll Do

• Respond promptly to inbound homeowner inquiries and follow up consistently
• Qualify prospects for scope, budget, and timeline
• Conduct design center and in-home consultations and needs analysis
• Present cabinetry, finishes, and product options to help clients make confident design decisions
• Prepare detailed scopes, estimates, and proposals
• Execute contracts and coordinate handoff to production
• Actively develop new leads through networking, home shows, referrals, and local outreach
• Request and cultivate reviews and repeat business

What We re Looking For

• Proven consultative sales experience in remodeling, construction, or home design
• Ability to balance warm leads with proactive business development
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath products preferred
• Organized, professional, and self-directed
