We believe great work comes from clear communication, strong systems, thoughtful process, and mutual respect.

This is a part‑time, 6‑month temp‑to‑perm opportunity (25‑30 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full‑time role pending project flow and studio needs. We’re looking for someone excited about becoming part of our long‑term vision and growing alongside the studio.

  • Support brand concept development for clients.
  • Prepare client‑facing presentations and decks.
  • Create production‑ready files to send to print.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team.
  • Participate in internal reviews and contribute thoughtful feedback.
  • Maintain organization across files, systems, and project workflows.
Qualifications
  • A motivated, process‑driven designer with 2‑5 years of agency experience.
  • Experienced in print, packaging, and digital design.
  • A team player, with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • Conceptually strong – you can think big and execute with precision.
  • Clear communicator who can articulate design decisions with confidence.
  • Highly detail‑oriented and organized.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative by nature and open to feedback.
  • Curious, proactive, and excited to try new ideas.
  • A positive mindset and fantastic attitude; culture fit matters deeply to us.
Schedule
  • 3 days per week.
  • In person:
    Mon/Wed/Thur (9am‑5pm).
  • Light remote availability on non‑office days as needed.
  • 6‑month temp‑to‑perm structure, with potential transition to full‑time.
Benefits
  • Part‑time compensation (3 days/week, approximately): $2,500 per month.
  • Full‑time salary equivalent: $50,000 annually.
  • Opportunity to transition to full‑time based on performance and studio needs.
  • Collaborative, supportive, and women‑led creative environment.
  • Exposure to diverse creative projects across industries.
  • Creative ownership and meaningful contributions.
  • A culture that values balance, communication, and respect.
