Job Summary

We are looking for energetic Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Group Teachers to join our team! You will be assisting the head teacher with planning and implementing both whole‑classroom and small‑group instruction. You are passionate about learning and love working with children. With strong creative and organizational skills, you can connect with individual students and develop strong relationships with staff to create an engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Tutor and assist students individually or in small groups to help them master assignments and reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers
• Supervise students in classrooms, halls, schoolyards, and on field trips
• Provide extra assistance to students with special needs (as needed)
• Observe students’ performance and record relevant data to assess progress
• Teach social skills to students
• Working with families and children of all ages
• Plan and assist with various tasks based on age group (0-6yrs old)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED or higher
• A year of previous teaching assistant experience is preferred (in all age groups)
• High-energy with a love of working with children
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well with others
• Connect & help maintain a great rapport with families, children, and fellow team members
• Great level of work ethic and professionalism

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
