ResponsibilitiesA teacher’s aide (paraprofessional) supports lead educators by managing classrooms, preparing materials, working directly with students in small groups or one‑on‑one, facilitating personalized learning plans, monitoring behavior, and handling administrative routines to ensure an engaging educational environment.
Schedule & Compensation- Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (depending on grade level)
- Compensation $20–22 per hour
- High school diploma required
- Some college credits preferred
- Successful completion of background clearance
- TB screening required
- Department of Education fingerprinting required
- Weekly compensation processing
- Flexibility to adjust schedule at your discretion
