The Stillman Career Specialist works on a part-time basis (25 hours/week) in collaboration with the University Career Center team: source and build internship and full-time job placement pipelines, provide supplemental resume, Linked In and interview skills coaching to Stillman students, collaborate with Stillman faculty to deliver career development sessions in the BUSI series courses, secure international internships for Stillman students, and assist international students in finding OPT opportunities.
The consultant will be housed in the Stillman School and report to the dean of the School.

Master's degree in business or related field. Extensive experience as a business professional, especially roles that involve networking with external stakeholders, independently managing significant projects and advising junior colleagues may substitute for a graduate degree.
The role requires excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and engage with a wide variety of constituents.
Desired QualificationsPrior experience as a career professional or Human Resources representative, with experience in a higher education environment preferred.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000
Exempt/Nonexempt: Exempt
