Our clients are seeking Teacher's Aides and Paraprofessionals in Essex County, NJ CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM 3:30 PM depending on grade level.
Compensation Rate:
Starting at $18-20/hr.
A teacher's aide (or paraprofessional) supports lead educators by managing classrooms, preparing materials, and working directly with students in small groups or one-on-one. They facilitate personalized learning plans, monitor behavior, and handle administrative routines to ensure an engaging educational environment.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE- High School diploma is a must.
- Some college credits is preferred
- Ability to successfully complete background clearances
- TB Screening required
- Department of Education Fingerprinting required
- Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health and special education.
