Lee’s Developmental Services is looking for a Behavior Technician to join our team!
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis to children /clients ages 4-21 years old. You will work directly with the clients, and be supervised by the BCBA to increase their independence and develop new skills.
Responsibilities- Providing therapy to children using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) methods.
- Creating activities to implement behavior intervention techniques.
- Collect data on child growth and development, as well as implement behavioral intervention techniques.
- Data collection and submission during sessions with clients as outlined in Clients behavioral support Plan
- Attend supervision and /or trainings with Clinical Director and /or Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Completing services required by the client’s behavior support plan BSP or Functional Behavior assessment.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable form of transportation
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or an Associate’s degree in a related field
- RBT certification
- Must have 1-2 years of experience working with children/ adults 4-21 diagnosed with autism.
