With two thriving locations and expanding school partnerships, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership position combining classroom instruction, program coordination, and community engagement.

Depending on experience and availability, responsibilities may include:
- Teaching elementary general music classes (1st-5th grade)
- Overseeing teachers in our beginning band, choir, and orchestra programs, including schedule and classroom management.
- Supporting curriculum planning and program development
- Communicating with partner schools and families
- Assisting with concerts, performances, and special events
- Helping coordinate schedules, enrollment, and program logistics
- Collaborating with our team to continually improve the student experience

- Approximately 70% teaching and 30% administrative responsibilities

- Health insurance stipend up to $250/month through Encore's QSEHRA program (expanded role)

- Teaching hours typically occur between 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Planning, training, and onboarding begin prior to the August 2026 school year
- In-person instruction at local elementary school campuses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field
- Strong musicianship and instructional skills

- Excited about helping build something meaningful within a growing organization
At Encore, we believe great music education changes lives. Our team is committed to creating an environment where students feel challenged, supported, inspired, and excited to learn.
You'll join a community of dedicated educators who value excellence, collaboration, creativity, and genuine care for students and families. As our school programs continue to expand, you'll have opportunities to contribute ideas, develop programs, and grow professionally within the organization.
