Qualifications:
- Active and valid California CTC licensure with Mild to Moderate authorization
- Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher, particularly in an RSP or similar setting
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to individualized instruction and inclusive classroom practices
- Excellent communication with students, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging instructional services tailored to elementary students with varying needs within the RSP framework
- Develop, modify, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
- Track student progress and document outcomes using district-approved tools
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Liaise with families, administrators, and support personnel to coordinate services and interventions
