Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at Elementary Robotics, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your technical expertise to identify and secure new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the value of our products, and provide tailored solutions that address specific customer needs.

This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ in South Pasadena, CA.

• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop customized solutions that drive specific and measurable ROI for customers
• Engineer and build first article machines for testing and deployment
• Create compelling trade show and customer facing application demonstrations
• Act as a trusted consultant to customers by providing technical expertise and guidance on the implementation of our vision solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our robotics solutions to prospective customers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and implementation timelines, to secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably in machine vision
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Proximity to Elementary HQ in South Pasadena, CA
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
