Cost Analyst

• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost performance.
• Review change orders, contracts, and payment applications.
• Perform cost analysis, variance reporting, and earned value tracking.
• Develop cost estimates and supports risk-based cost strategies.
• Prepare and present cost reports and project cashflows to project stakeholders.
• Support the use of project controls and cost management systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• 0+ Years of experience in some combination of cost control or financial data analysis required.
• Experience with MS Word and PowerPoint preferred.
• Experience with databases and reporting preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in construction, engineering, and project controls.
• An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered in lieu of stated minimum qualifications.

Demonstrates expertise in cost control, financial data analysis, and project management, with a strong focus on budget monitoring, cost estimation, and variance reporting. Proficient in utilizing project controls and cost management systems to support effective decision-making.
