Key Responsibilities
  • Streamline the administrative processes to support the estimating and business development department.
  • Organize files, draft correspondence and data entry.
  • Navigate and optimize online databases (Procore, Open Asset, Followup

    CRM) for more efficient use.
  • Conduct marketing research to identify high-potential market segments to expand project reach.
  • Prepare presentations and deliverables for the team to pitch clients.
  • Prepare prequalification packages.
  • Support estimators in securing bid bonds, performance bonds and payment bonds from surety companies.
  • Compile and deliver electronic and/or physical bid packages.
  • Support Head of Preconstruction, General Counsel and CFO to facilitate workflow to execute prime contracts.
  • Work as a liaison between estimators and project managers to hand off successful bids.
Preferred Requisites
  • 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a civil/heavy construction estimating department.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn other software programs such as Procore, Followup

    CRM and Open Asset.
  • Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
