CRM) for more efficient use. - Conduct marketing research to identify high-potential market segments to expand project reach.
- Prepare presentations and deliverables for the team to pitch clients.
- Prepare prequalification packages.
- Support estimators in securing bid bonds, performance bonds and payment bonds from surety companies.
- Compile and deliver electronic and/or physical bid packages.
- Support Head of Preconstruction, General Counsel and CFO to facilitate workflow to execute prime contracts.
- Work as a liaison between estimators and project managers to hand off successful bids.
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a civil/heavy construction estimating department.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn other software programs such as Procore, Followup
CRM and Open Asset. - Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
