Locations Hiring: South Plainfield
Job Description- Collaborate with team members to ensure client quality of care
- Staff all open schedules for client care
- Coordinate care services and scheduling with clients, case managers and CHHA employees
- Attend daily morning meetings
- Ensure good quality day‑to‑day operations
- Monitor that client care services are provided per the assigned schedules
- Oversee client authorization for services are in place and current
- Recruit and complete onboarding process for new employees
- Complete day‑to‑day office filing and tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour
- A minimum of 6 months experience working in a home healthcare, staffing or recruiting setting
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Fluent in Spanish is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, email, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be willing to make high volume outbound calls and answer high volume inbound calls
