Are you passionate about turning great ideas into real products? We are looking for a Product Development Manager to take approved product concepts and drive them through execution—from development to a fully systematized, customer-ready SKU. In this highly visible role, you'll be the bridge between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing, ensuring products launch on time with accurate BOMs, product data, specifications, and ordering structures.

• Lead new products from concept approval to launch
• Own SKU creation, BOM development, and product data integrity
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing
• Maintain spec books and design software product data
• Create intuitive product structures that make ordering easy for customers and dealers

• Experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or New Product Development within manufacturing, cabinetry, furniture, building products, or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of product data, SKUs, BOMs, and ERP systems
• Ability to drive projects independently and keep teams aligned
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Kitchen cabinet industry knowledge required

• Net Suite or similar ERP experience
• Experience with 2020, Pro Kitchen, or similar design platforms
• Kitchen cabinet design experience
• Background supporting dealer or customer-facing product programs

Competitive Salary - 100K to 130K range based on experience
