Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair electronic and electrical equipment used in manufacturing operations.
- Modify, repair, and improve existing electronic products, equipment, and controls.
- Assist in the development of new or updated electronic systems, components, or products.
- Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing processes, mechanical equipment, machinery, and components.
- Interface with the maintenance department to identify replacement parts and components as needed.
- Apply engineering principles and techniques to accomplish operational goals.
- Perform safety checks to ensure equipment and systems are safe and functional.
- Report potentially dangerous electrical equipment to supervisors and assist in resolution.
- Utilize experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks.
- Exercise independent judgment while following established guidelines and instructions.
- Perform a variety of complex and technical tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others as needed.
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional work attitude.
- Provide backup support for the Maintenance Manager as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering and/or a minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
- Strong understanding of electronics principles and design.
- Experience troubleshooting electronics, repairs, and installations.
- Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and temperature controllers.
- Experience with 24v, 110v, 220v, and 480v systems.
- Experience troubleshooting, installing, and programming VFDs.
- Knowledge of relay logic circuits and basic electrical circuitry.
- Proficient with multimeter usage.
- Strong mathematical aptitude.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow safety procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to follow highly complex directions.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Bi-lingual a plus.

Salary: $35-$42/hr DOE
