ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

+  Responsible for standard technician duties when no one else is available.

+  Maintain standardization charts on all tools within the characterization laboratory

+  Qualify new machinery and requalify tools that have been repaired.

+  Actively monitor equipment's health, and plan preventive maintenance when needed

+  Generate operational documents such as standard procedures as needed

+  Correspond with outside venders in professional manner

+  Make any solutions that laboratory might need for etching/ polaron.

+  Track chemical inventory and make sure that it is ordered when necessary.

+  Coordinate repairs on malfunctioning tools.

+  Approve of any changes to lab procedures

+  Operate System 28/G4 when no-one else is available.

+  Ability to train in creating and collecting calibration data for adjustments and use in MQW cal for growth

+  Record gas consumption every week.

Qualifications:

+  Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering

+  Must be fluent in English.

+  Cleanroom experience is preferred
