Komatsu Company Stores is a major distributor of Komatsu and Allied OEM heavy construction equipment in the northeast and is owned by Komatsu America Corporation. The core functions of the Finance Analyst role involve partnering with Sales, Key Account Managers, and Product Support to create customized financing solutions for customers, leases, installment loans, rental purchase agreements, parts invoices, work orders, etc.

Additionally, the Finance Analyst serves as the primary contact for lender communication, rate negotiation, and documentation, while ensuring all financing documents comply with company and lending partner requirements. The role also involves collaborating with various departments such as Accounting, Equipment Management, and Lending partners to support the development of finance programs and maintain financial accuracy.

This position is required to be onsite 4-days per week at one of our branches. Ideally the position will be located in Harrisburg, PA, South Plainfield, NJ, or Hatfield, PA.

• Partner with Sales, Key Account Managers, and Product Support to structure tailored financing solutions for customers, including leases, installment loans, rental purchase agreements, parts invoices, work orders, etc.
• Includes working with Finance Partners to shop rates
• Process credit applications, secure financing, assist with financials, etc
• Process and assist in clearing customer liens.
• Serve as the primary contact for lender communication, rate negotiation, and documentation.
• Support the documentation processing of UCC filings and liens
• Including the clearing of customer liens and the placement of company liens where applicable.
• Assist the Sales Operations Manager in developing finance programs.
• Ensure all financing documents adhere to company and lending partner requirements.
• Liaise with Accounting, Equipment Management, and Lending partners.
• Monitor, track, and investigate all out of guideline fees charged by the OEM for recovery
• Create warranty documents and send with finance documents for signature
• Assist in general sales administrative support as needed in the process of closing a deal
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Retail Finance Experience

• Limited travel requirements for occasional meetings.

At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $60,000 to $70,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
