This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer based in South Plainfield, NJ. The CFO will lead the financial management of the organization by overseeing financial planning, preparing accurate financial statements, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. Responsibilities include fostering comprehensive financial reporting, analyzing financial data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership capabilities and collaboration with senior management to drive organizational growth.

• Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Finance
• Strong background in preparing and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and providing insights
• Extensive experience in leadership and strategic decision-making
• Relevant certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
