Human Resources Intern

As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist in areas such as recruiting, onboarding, benefit administration, employee relations and other special projects while upholding a high level of professionalism, ethical standards, and confidentiality.

• Relevant coursework and/or projects preferred
• Previous internship experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to prioritize requests effectively, understand importance, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to adapt to shifting requirements or priorities
• Strong quality and results orientation with a proactive approach
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
• Ability to work independently with moderate level of direction
• Critical thinking, strong analytical, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• High sense of confidentiality
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross‑functional team and collaborate effectively with a diverse group of people
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leaders
