- Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role covering recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
- Technical
Skills: - Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP, Gusto, or Paylocity).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards (Linked In Recruiter, Indeed).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and office tools.
- Core Competencies:
- In-depth understanding of employment standards, wage-and-hour laws, and labor regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and active listening skills.
- High level of discretion, ethics, and ability to handle confidential data.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in high-volume environments.
