Fabrication Technician
We are seeking a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is data‑driven and prefers gathering and presenting objective measurements over simply narrating issues.
The individual must demonstrate an inability to lead, specifically, a tendency to seek solutions rather than assign blame or avoid responsibility, whether in technical matters or workplace relationships.
This position involves extensive training across several technical processes, including lithography, lamination, laser drilling, morphological analysis, and more. Over time, the individual will contribute to generating travelers, Failure Analysis, and Process Development efforts.
The main objective of this position is to support manufacturing our substrates in 2nd shift; along with production support, there will be opportunities to work on development work.
The role requires a strong commitment to learning and the ability to support engineers by reporting on various processes. Prior experience in high‑density interconnect (HDI) fabrication is not required—comprehensive training will be provided over several months.
Because of this investment in training, we are looking for someone who is:
- Dedicated
- Detail‑oriented
- Self‑motivated
Applicants who do not strongly embody these qualities will not be a good fit for our team.
Please note:
If you have a strong dependency on your phone during work hours, we kindly ask that you do not apply. We are a small, collaborative team, and every member’s full engagement is critical to our success.
