Primary Responsibilities- Set up and operate AOI equipment according to established procedures.
- Load and unload PCB layers onto the AOI machine.
- Monitor the inspection process and analyze inspection results.
- Identify and classify defects detected by the AOI system.
- Verify and rework identified defects, including welding openings and cleaning shorts.
- Check trace width, space, and resistance to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and defect data.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve inspection issues.
- Undertake preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of AOI machines.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support cross‑training efforts and carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor to meet production needs.
