This role provides the chance to lead a manufacturing team while driving safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency on the 3rd shift.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Supervise 3rd shift production operations, addressing issues involving staffing, schedules, quality, waste, and productivity.
* Ensure safe and efficient plant operations, including compliance with safety procedures, equipment guarding, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
* Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), lot control procedures, customer specifications, and food packaging safety and quality standards.
* Coach, evaluate, and provide feedback to employees regarding job performance, productivity, quality, work practices, and housekeeping. Required Skills & Experience
* High school diploma or GED.
* 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
* Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
* Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills required. Preferred Skills & Experience
* Experience working in food, packaging, or specialty manufacturing.
* Experience with GMP, quality control, or food packaging safety procedures. Compensation & Action Step Salary: $70,000-$80,000 plus benefits.
