ADON
) to assist the Director of Nursing in leading the clinical team in providing quality care to residents.

• Ensure the utmost quality and patient‑centered care of residents
• Coordinate infection control
• Plan, organize, and implement training programs/in‑services for clinical staff
• Assist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff
• Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of residents; this may include recruitment
• Oversee the process for competency evaluations and corrective action plans

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of NJ
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience in long‑term care/sub‑acute setting is preferred
• Infection Control: 1 year (preferred)
• Must be computer literate and have experience with EMR preferred
• Completion of an IP Course within 3–6 months of hire would be expected
