We are more than just a Parts Store and are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. No need to be able to tear down motors (though it's a plus) — a background in automotive parts is essential.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
  • Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge.
  • Delivering outstanding customer care and interactions.
  • Bringing energy and customer focus to our fast-paced stores.
  • Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Using technology such as computers, cash registers, telephones, and catalogs.

  • Enjoy helping customers with auto parts and service questions.
  • Have experience in the automotive industry or hands-on vehicle repair/tinkering.
  • Are willing to learn automotive parts if you lack experience.

  • What You’ll Need

    • Valid Driver’s License.
    • Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn.
    • High School Diploma or GED; technical/trade school is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Enjoy fast-paced retail environments.
    • Good listening skills and empathy.

    Additional Qualifications (Not a Deal Breaker)

    • Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries.
    • Experience in cataloging or inventory management systems.
    • Customer-centric mindset.
    • ASE Certifications.
