TLI Home is a leading importer and wholesaler of home textiles and home décor, serving major Off-Price retailers across the U.S. for over 30 years. We design, source, and manage high-volume programs across Asia, working with long-term vendor partners in India and China.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily communication with overseas offices and vendors in Asia (India/China)
- Execute production orders including:
- Costing and price follow-up
- Purchase order creation and updates
- SKU setup and order management
- Delivery and timeline coordination
- Review and approve PP and TOP samples
- Coordinate packaging details and production requirements
- Work closely with Product Development and Sales to support customer programs
- Knowledge of logistics coordination and order consolidation is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in textile or apparel production/merchandising
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field
- Competitive salary ($90k-110k) + performance bonus
