Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the store and its Associates to achieve the Organization's goals (sales, profit, Customer Experience, and Associate Engagement);
Build and drive a culture of continuous improvement and changing behavior to positively impact the Customer experience and Associate morale;
Ensure the efficiency of each department by implementing best practices to drive consistency to win in the competitive marketplace;
Oversee all functions of the Front End, Bookkeeping, Courtesy, Scanning and where appropriate Shop Rite From Home, Self Checkout and Mobile Scan;
Manage staffing, coaching, performance, and relationships; handle Associate/Customer conflicts and ensure a positive Customer Experience
