Work Location
On‑site (5 days).
Responsibilities- Provide support to customers and find the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add‑on extensions.
- Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales.
- Keep current on knowledge of Trane Products, offerings, and promotions to provide a premier customer experience and drive sales.
- Interact with customers both on the phone and in person.
- Execute quote and order management processes with a high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery—entering quotes and invoices and following through on fulfillment.
- Assist with warehouse/inventory management work as needed.
- Exercise flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Inside sales, retail, or related experience.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
- Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service even in challenging situations.
Annual base salary range: $47,600.00 – $96,039.99. Compensation type: hourly incentive eligible: yes; sales commission eligible: no. Actual compensation will depend on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, union designation, and other factors.
