Technical Sales & Business Development Engineers

It's a role for experienced technical sellers ready to own complex, high-value industrial deals from the first enquiry to the final order.

You will run your own engagements, work directly with leadership on structuring and strategy, and build the accounts and territory you sell into.

We sell engineered systems and turnkey EPC solutions, not commodity products.

• Do Technical Sales and Generate New Key Accounts across Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Pharma, Chemical, Automotive, Energy and General Manufacturing.
• Build and own relationships with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs and channel partners.
• Visit sites to understand customer processes, operating conditions and technical requirements first-hand.
• Qualify RFQs, read engineering layouts, equipment drawings and P&IDs, and coordinate with the engineering and estimation teams.
• Present cost-efficient, technically sound solutions, including combustible-dust and NFPA-compliant systems where relevant.
• Own the product scope for your specialization:
  Dust collectors, Baghouses, Cyclones, Scrubbers, Fans and Blowers, or Hot Oil Systems, Heat Exchangers, Burners and Packaged process-heating systems.
• Manage the full sales cycle through negotiation, order closure and commercial handover.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecasts and follow-up records.
• Represent Atmax at customer meetings, industry events and technical conferences, and mentor junior team members as we grow.
