About the Role
HireID is growing our client network in the staffing & recruitment industry, and we're looking for a confident, relationship-driven Sales Manager to represent our product, pitch our solutions, and close deals with new and existing clients.
What You'll Do- Visit clients in person to build and grow business relationships
- Represent HireID professionally in client meetings
- Convert scheduled meetings into paying clients
- Drive business growth through networking and client engagement
- Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management practices
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales, staffing, recruitment, or client relationship management
- Ability to travel regularly for in-person client meetings across NJ, NY, and neighboring states
- Willingness/ability to work on-site at our South Plainfield, NJ office (hybrid schedule)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable owning the full sales cycle
