Security Guard - Part-Time Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or emergency services as directed by post orders;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions such as unsecured doors, broken lighting, and/or loitering, then communicate findings to the appropriate personnel;
Complete shift logs and incident reports, using Allied Universal reporting procedures, and communicate updates during shift transitions
