Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for incidents, patrols, and other security-related observations.
