As a Roofing Repair Technician at Momentum solar, you will be responsible for completing various construction related tasks on residential properties. Working with our clients and dedicated team, you will utilize your skills and expertise to complete necessary repair work and provide exceptional customer satisfaction.

· Completing roofing repair work including but not limited to:
Locating and identifying cause of suspected and existing leaks. Removal and re-installation of existing solar panels attached to roof to complete necessary repairs. Repairing and replacing all types of existing flashings and pipe collars. Replacement of shingles and sheathing are necessary to complete repairs. Applying necessary sealant to areas of concern. Installation of tarping and temporary repairs to minimize further damage.

· Access company portal to review schedule, process repair tasks and upload photos.

· Meet with clients to determine appropriate repairs for areas of customer concerns.

· Decipher between approved repair work vs. non-related repair work.

· Preparation of work area to prevent additional damage to property and neighboring homes.

· Collaborate effectively with other team members, contractors, and vendors to coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion of repairs.

· Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and clients.

· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

· Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and project expenses for billing and reporting purposes.

· Daily cleaning of work areas to ensure customer satisfaction and cleanliness.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years' experience in roofing repair and installation.

· Proven experience in residential roofing work or related field.

· Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used for roofing work.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including evenings or weekends as needed.

· Commitment to safety protocols and practices, with a focus on preventing accidents and ensuring a secure work environment.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing as required.

· Comfort working in various indoor and outdoor environments, including attics, tops of roofs, ladders, and exposure to heat, cold, dust, and other potential hazards.

· Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for performing intricate repair tasks and operating equipment safely.

· Hourly wage pf $22-27 hr depending on experience.
