Accounts Receivable Manager South Portland , Maine Perm 60000 Aug 26, 2026 $ 60000.00 - $75000.00 KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with a client in the Greater Portland, ME area looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to the team! This role will be focused on processing invoices and customer contact.
Responsibilities- Serve as point of contact for account-related questions
- Verify billing details
- Contact customers for collections via phone and email
- Maintain records
- Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs
Compensation: $65-75k/year depending on experience
