The front desk/concierge position requires students to check in hotel guests, perform transactions, answer guest questions, speak over the phone, and any other tasks required by the supervisor on duty. This position requires students to have excellent English skills.
Responsibilities- A Front Desk Clerk represents the first point of contact with the clients of a business, hotel, or doctor's office.
- They perform essential front desk administrative duties including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and overseeing the office budget.

- The front desk role involves delivering excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
- As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming environment.
