Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in completing transactions, including opening new personal and business accounts, referring consumer, real estate and commercial loans.
• Identify loan needs and opportunities for new and existing members. Act as a key team player in member service by uncovering new opportunities during all member interactions.
• Assist in account maintenance, which can include stop payments, check orders, address changes, etc.

This position will be required to work onsite in our South Portland, Maine location during training period and hybrid after successful completion

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, including:
  Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferable.
• Previous experience in financial institutions a plus.
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems and programs.
• Strong attention to detail.
