We are seeking a Physician specializing in Obstetrics/Gynecology for a 64-day assignment in Maine, commencing May 7, 2026. This role involves 12-hour in-house night call shifts from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM, covering the emergency room, labor and delivery, and gynecological inpatients, while also supervising family practice residents.
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide 12-hour in-house call coverage, working independently at night with remote backup.
- Cover emergency room, labor and delivery, and gynecological inpatients.
- Supervise family practice residents.
- Perform routine emergency room coverage, routine deliveries, C-sections, repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations, and gynecological surgeries.
- Board Certification required in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Experience with Cerner EMR system.
